Servings: 10
Ingredients
- 1 package (28 ounces) frozen mini beef franks
- 1 can (14 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce
Sweet & Tangy Slow Cooker Beef Franks: Directions
- Add the franks to the pot. Place the frozen mini beef franks into your slow cooker in an even layer.
- Add the cranberry sauce. Slide the whole can of jellied cranberry sauce out and set it right on top of the franks.
- Pour on the chili sauce. Pour the entire bottle of chili sauce over the franks and cranberry sauce so everything is covered.
- Cover and cook. Put the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The franks should be hot all the way through, and the sauces should be melted and mixed together.
- Stir the mixture. While it cooks, stir everything once or twice if you can. This helps the sauce turn smooth and coat all the franks evenly.
- Keep warm and serve. When it’s done cooking, switch the slow cooker to the warm setting. Serve the franks straight from the pot with toothpicks or small plates for easy snacking.
