• 3 to 4 pounds frozen beef short ribs
• 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
• ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 3 cloves garlic, minced

Slow Cooker Hawaiian Beef Ribs: Directions

1. Place the frozen beef short ribs into the slow cooker, laying them out in one flat, even layer.
2. Open the can of crushed pineapple and pour it, along with all its juice, evenly over the top of the ribs.
3. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic on top of the ribs and pineapple.
4. Put the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours, or on HIGH for 5 to 6 hours, until the beef is very soft and comes away easily from the bone.
