Slow Cooker Pimento Slider Beef: These cheesy pimento beef sliders are creamy, savory, and so easy to make. With just five simple ingredients and your slow cooker, you get a warm, tasty party food perfect for holidays, game days, or busy weekends when you want something yummy without much work.

When I want a party food that feels a bit old-fashioned and takes almost no work, I always make these slow cooker pimento slider beef sandwiches. Beef, creamy pimento cheese spread, and a few things from the pantry all cook together to make a rich, tasty filling that tastes like you spent a lot more time on it than you really did. It’s the kind of warm, cozy slider that’s perfect for holiday parties, game days, or busy weekends when you want something hearty ready and waiting.

Serve these sliders on soft dinner rolls or Hawaiian rolls with pickle chips, potato chips, coleslaw, or a fresh green salad to balance out the richness. For a holiday table, I like to put them out with a veggie tray, baked beans, or a simple fruit plate. They also go great with sparkling cider, iced tea, or cold beer for a laid-back get-together.

Servings: 12 sliders

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen raw beef slider patties
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar pimento cheese spread
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 12 slider buns, for serving

Slow Cooker Pimento Slider Beef: Directions

  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker lightly with nonstick spray, if you’d like, to make cleanup easier. Place the frozen beef slider patties in one layer at the bottom of the slow cooker, then scatter the sliced onion evenly on top.
  2. Spoon the pimento cheese spread over the beef patties, spreading it out so it covers most of the meat. Drizzle the Worcestershire sauce over everything, then sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly across the top.
  3. Put the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours, or on HIGH for 2½ to 3½ hours, until the beef patties are fully cooked and very soft.
  4. Using a large spoon or spatula, break the beef patties into smaller pieces right in the slow cooker. Stir everything well so the melted pimento cheese mixes evenly through the beef.
  5. If you want a thicker filling, let the mixture sit uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Spoon the warm, cheesy beef onto slider buns and serve right away while hot.
